General questions
- When will my package be delivered?
You have already made a delivery request for a specific date and a 3- to 4-hour delivery period.
- Can I see on the date when the exact delivery will take place?
On the day of delivery, you will receive a text message with the estimated time of arrival. This comes approximately half an hour in advance, and always within the agreed delivery period.
- What are the delivery conditions?
Alert uses the standard AVC conventions (General Conditions of Transport) or those of its client's. Please refer to the terms of the store where you have made your purchase.
- Can I add assembly service to a running order?
Absolutely. Please contact our office during office hours for additional installation, assembly or other service requests.
- What services does Alert offer?
At Alert we offer various logistics and assembly services for large retailers, small (web) shops and individuals: transportation, installation, furniture assembly, small transport service, and the installation of bathrooms, floors, kitchen appliances and AV devices such as TVs.
- How do I become a business customer?
As an Alert business customer, you can easily place online delivery and service requests. Please call our sales department during office hours or send an email so that we may contact you and request some information. After we have received your information, we will be able to sign you up as a business customer.
- How do I place a transport, assembly or relocation request as a customer?
Fill out the online request form and we will contact you to address the desired service.
